  • Booking conditions:
    • Congress participants are requested to make reservations individually with the password: “19th Congress of Polish Biophysicists” (in Polish “19 Zjazd Biofizyków Polskich”) to the following e-mail address: h7125-re@accor.com.
  • Reservations require 100% prepayment 10 days before the date of arrival using a quick payment link sent via e-mail or on the basis of a proforma invoice.
  • Reservations at the given price will be confirmed until June 6, 2025. Hotel not blocking rooms at this time and your reservation will be confirmed according to current availability.
  • Inquiries sent to the hotel after June 6, 2025 will be confirmed depending on the availability of rooms at the current ongoing rates.
  • Free cancellation of the reservation is possible 10 days before the planned date of arrival. After this date, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
